Transitional Protection - Increased rental costs with new landlord... was created by jasonbudd1984
This is in regards to Transitional Protection (TP), along with the Housing Element(HE) has already been awarded.
Where there were to be an increase in rent this is stated as being awarded with the HE, and then deducted from the TP so the overall 'award' remains the same in total.
However if the person awarded TP were to move, and enter in a new tenancy agreement, is this similarly uprated? It would at least be the same HE costs, thought very likely more, just in a different dynamic.
If the situation is continous without a 'drop' in the obligations for rent between month on month providers, does the basline HE awarded in TE still apply on the same terms with the TP?

Hi Mr Croesus
When there is an increase in rent after Migration the TP is eroded.
I'm sorry but owing to the number of questions I don't have time for hypothetical situations.

My apologies, I only just saw this answer. I'll refrain from further.
It's a very valued service, and just been difficult to understand with some many variables.
Thankyou genuinely for all your help thus far.
