Can the DWP over-rule a Judge's award?

I applied for PIP in January 2022 and had my assessment (via telephone) in September 2022. I have serious mental health issues but, thankfully, no physical ones.
Long story short, I scored zero points at assessment and at mandatory reconsideration, but with the help of Citizens Advice I went to Tribunal where I was awarded Enhanced Daily Living up until January 2026.
I have now received a 'review' form which I'm trying to fill with the help of your Guides, but this in itself is making my generalised anxiety so much worse; I'm terrified that the DWP will stop my PIP and as I can't work, I can't afford to live without it. Things are 'tight' as it is.
My question is: does the DWP have the power to overturn the Tribunal Judge's decision, ie can the DWP stop my PIP before January 2026, please?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Juniper

The DWP has sent you a review form, but the chances are the process won't even be completed before Jan 26 - so it won't be an issue. If, however, they manage to reassess you before Jan 26 - and you are given a new award - your previous one would stop and the new one starts. Now don't panic, because you could get exactly the same award.
