PIP AR1 review form

Just in the process of filling out the 85 question review form. I have serious spinal conditions/diseases, some since birth that came to seriously affect my life in 2015, l and some more diagnosed in 2017. Using 28 tablets a day to help with all the different types of pain, mainly maximum legal doses of opiates, anti epileptics, and benzodiazapenes plus others. I am finding I am struggling more and more each time I have to fill out a form for PIP (enhanced rate for both elements), ESA (SG), and UC and copying and printing evidence. That doesn't even include council tax reduction, heating support allowance, water bill help. It just goes on and on and on, form after form after form. I would like to say thankyou to Benefits and Work, for the guides which have helped along the way, they have been amazing and I really hope they have helped me to keep my enhanced rates for both PIP elements. I do keep meticulous records of all my evidence which helps greatly, it's just taking its toll physically on me. Anyway please, please, please keep everything crossed for me that all goes well. I have never used a forum like this, but I hope what I have written is ok.

Will do, and thanks again, that word 'reliably' cam in very handy,, used it in virtually every answer. Have to admit the AR1 form was very hard, and I think the questions have been made to trick your mind, but I filled every box (ignoring the lines they put in) and crammed as much info as I could and gave them more evidence than I thought I had , It's horrible, but I will let you know how I got on.
