I believe if you complete the migration application over the phone with the DWP you don’t have access to your journal, and so have to correspond with your work coach by telephone or job centre appointments. Is this correct? Also, if you have no access to an online journal, would that be a problem/hassle in the long run? Finally, is it possible to convert to online access afterwards? Hope that all makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Hi Fulci Lives!
Yes you can convert from telephone only UC to digital subsequently.
If you have a telephone claim they should post you out statements.

I’m unsure whether to complete my migration over the phone or online.
I just want to get it all done with as little hassle as possible. (IF that’s even possible!)
I’m stressing out about the whole process to be honest.

Why don't you give Citizens Advice Help to Claim a phone call. Their number is on page 2 of your Managed Migration letter. Here is a recommendation from Forum member VIA.....
