HELLO ,A JUST HAD A LETTER FROM DWP , REGARDING THE 10 YEAR LIGHT TOUCH REVIEW , MY LAST APPEAL 2020 WAS SET BY THE JUDGE AT A 5 YR REVIEW 2025 , (NOW) BUT THE LETER FROM PIP DWP SAY MY 10YR LIGHT TOUCH REVIEW IS BACKDATED T0 2020 , ??? INSREAD OF FROM NOW .??? WHY IS THIS PLEASEVHELP , CANT GET ANY SENSE FROM DWP , AS FAR AS I THINK IT SHOULD RUN TILL 2035 , NOT 2030 LIKE THEY ARE SAYING ???IT WILL BE REVIEWED IN FEBUARY 2030 ,
From reading your post, I have no idea, you may want to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation, they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration.
If a judge set your light touch review in 2020 then I would expect the review to be 2030.
