I'm seriously wondering if this is discrimination under the Equalities Act 2010

Hello,
On the 15/5/25 I submitted my claim for UC after recieving a migration notice from ESA (I was in the Support Group).
In my journal I received a notice for a Further Evidence appointment to verify capital etc on the 10/6/25.
On the 11/6/25, in my journal I asked "if this appointment could be done over the phone as a 'reasonable adjustment' as I have proof of a provisional diagnosis of Panic disorder with agoraphobia &
mental and behavioural disorder due to use of sedatives or hypnotics that were prescribed for the initial panic disorder.
Agoraphobia makes getting out and about without the use of sedative medication almost impossible for me right now".
I did receive a reply from a jobcentre employee saying;
"I will be calling you on 23rd June and will try to complete over the phone".

I then phoned the UC Migration Notice helpline on the 18/6/25 on (0800 169 0328) to ask if my statement on how much I will get will be ready (it was due on the 17th and my first payment was supposedly due on the 21st).
I was told a 'case manager' would contact me and to look for notes on my journal.
I then received the following note in my journal;
"Hi,
You need to attend appointment on Monday 23 June 2025 at 11:50am to bring in evidence of your capital and savings, until this your payment will be blocked until we see evidence of this sorry".

This took me aback as I had only enquired about a statement, and it now sounds like I have to physically attend the appointment even though I'd asked for a 'reasonable adjustment'.
I tried to phone the jobcentre to see if they could clarify that I needed to attend, of course you cannot speak to anyone.
I then rang the UC number (0800 328 5644) and told the employee the story, and that entries & queries I had put in the journal (about 5 in total) had remained unanswered.
The employee told me to put in another journal entry asking for a 'reasonable adjustment' but this time under the category of 'Payment'. I had been putting other entries under the 'Work Coach' and 'Appointment' categories.
He agreed with me that I was entitled by law to request a 'reasonable adjustment' but couldn't clarify if the appointment was on the phone, he said it looked like a face to face appointment.
Sorry for the really long ranting post but this is so confusing and unbelievable how a supposed easy process has become so complicated and I'm none the clearer and don't seem to be able to get any answers.
If anyone has read this far, thank you, if anyone has any tips on what I should do next I would gratefully appreciated it.🤯
Many thanks in advance from my shredded head,
Kieron.
