Problem with UC Application was created by survive
ESA to UC Managed Migration: Form all done today and I accepted my commitments which was confirmed. But my "List of Completed To-Dos" now says I have not yet accepted my commitments, that they can't pay me until I do, and to go to my To-Do List to accept them. But when I click on my To Do List it says its empty! I received quite a few emails saying to check my journal because there are notifications about my claim. I also have a photo of "Your Commitments"-Accepted on 19th June. " Can anyone help?

Hi survive
I think it is probably a glitch in the system. All you can do is leave a message in your journal

Hi survive
The exact same thing happened to me today! I had an appointment at my local Welfare Rights organisation office who filled out the online form for me, it felt a bit rushed to be honest. Anyway, I then realised I had a message from DWP saying that I hadn't accepted my commitments, although I thought I had!
This was worrying me so I phoned the UC helpline and asked them to clarify and they confirmed that I had accepted them.
I don't have a passport so couldn't verify my identity online and am awaiting a phone call from them regarding this.
Maybe give them a call to double check that you have accepted your commitments?
Hope it all goes smoothly for you.

As long as you have the "Accept your commitments completed" then everything is fine.
In addition, if you go to your UC account Home page, you can further check that you have accepted your committments (-> means click on the link):
Home -> Your work plan and committments -> Your commitments. Click on the latter and you should see that your committments have been accepted, along with a list of what you agreed.

If you check your Journal entries there should be a subsequent entry which says "Accept your commitments completed". When a to-do is completed, the original "to-do" message still appears in the Journal, along with a clickable link to the original to-do message.ESA to UC Managed Migration: Form all done today and I accepted my commitments which was confirmed. Hi Survive
I also had this problem. Is there a more recent entry in your journal entitled Accept your commitments, if so does it say it's completed ? If so you have completed it. To be sure further check under Work commitments section where iit should give a date when you did this . Find this from the list on the home page.
Hope this helps
