Is it correct that if you are managed migrated across from ESA (support group) to UC with Limited Capability for Work migrated across with you and NO work commitments.

BUT

If you are managed migrated across with new style ESA and UC (due to in my case historic tax contributions)

Do you lose the premiums you had under the Income Related ESA you were receiving?

Such as

Extra money because you are severely disabled

Extra money because of the Disability Income Guarantee

Extra money because you are in the support group

Therefore, upon managed migration across LEARNING that I am migrating across with dual new style ESA and UC does that mean I will loose the above extra top ups when I should be protected by Transitional protection.

Hi DJ

You will lose all the ESA premiums as UC doesn't have premiums. Also there aren't premiums with New Style ESA. Instead you will be compensated with the Transitional Protection. So you should not be worse off unless your Council Tax increases as a lot of members are complaining.
