Hi
We submitted our migration claim on the day we received our last ESA payment was due before our migration deadline date

my question is will the 2 week roll over ESA payment that will due on 3rd July be a normal payment of my cb ESA plus the income related top for my partner or will it be a payment consisting of just my cb ESA and no income related top up?

i ask because we have phoned up the NHS dept that deals with free prescriptions etc and they advised that even though we will be in the assessment phase of universal credit which means being not entitled to free prescriptions etc but if we receive an income related payment of ESA during this period we will be entitled to free prescriptions etc during the 2 week roll over period which is 18th june to 3rd july
Thanks
Rik

Hi rik

I cannot answer that question. Either phone ESA or the Help to Claim service which has contacts in the DWP.
