I was supposed to get a statement posted by dwp to my journal on 29th June telling me how much money I will be getting paid on 3rd July,I haven't had anything posted still.
I sent them 2 messages via my journal about this but no replies.
Is this usual ?
what should I do essp if I dont get paid ?

Hi Jerrzatt

You could phone the UC helpline. The last resort would be marching down to your local Jobcentre and enquiring as to what is going on.
