I have cleverly managed to input the same bank account twice on the UC application form and can't find a way to delete it. I spoke to someone on the UC helpline and they reassured me that there would be an option to do this at the end when the form went over all the details and asked if they were correct. I am now at that point and whilst it does offer me the option to go back and change amounts, there is no option to delete an account. Instead I have changed the amount to zero and it should be obvious, as the account number is the same.
I realise that at some point I can put a note in my journal, but that is not accessible at the moment.
I would try not to worry about it - it's not as if they are going to pay you twice. As soon as you submit the form you will have access to your journal and you can submit a note saying what happened.
