I'm on ESA & waiting for migration onto UC. If my migration hasn't happened by the New Bill amendments in November 2026 will I still be eligible for the health top up.
From the information in your post we cannot tell you, we have been informed that everyone on ESA will be sent a migration letter by the end of September 2025.
We would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration.
