Hi for those who will soon enough be under a transitional migration from esa support group to UC Does this mean as we are not on UC just yet that when we are migrated to UC the health element for us will be frozen As I was lead to belief there would be no change to the benefit money we get when we are migrated from esa support group to UC as the amount of money we get will be protected under transitional migration Yet with the government changing rules and laws trying to save money for the government off disabled people’s benefits I have no clue as to wether those being under transitional migration from esa support group to UC will not have their benefit money deducted or froze
I have had a few questions similar to your tonight, at present nothing is yet set in stone so we cannot give you an accurate answer, there is a vote coming up soon before parliament which if approved will answer a lot of questions.
