UC50 help? was created by Har4lo
So sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have been trying to fill the UC50 form out for weeks now (it's already late :S ) I have been looking through the guide and I'm stuck with how to answer the questions. For example, I can set an alarm clock and washing machine and all of the other provided examples. I can actually drive (it took me 3 years to learn almost 10 years ago when I was functioning a lot better) but I'm very slow to learn things due to ADHD, PMDD and trauma.

I'm thinking of ticking it varies for simple tasks and no for more complex. I'm not sure if this is right or not, could anybody give further examples of the two tasks?

This is what I have written so far "Due to my ADHD and other conditions, I have issues with learning both kinds of tasks. This is much worse during the luteal phase of my menstrual cycle because of the increased brain fog. Because of my conditions, it affects how I learn tasks at the time and takes me much longer to pick it up than others, this is likely due to having issues with focusing and understanding what is being shown/said. I will almost always have forgotten how to do this later on if required to do it again, especially with more complex tasks. Despite trying to do this again independently there would likely be mistakes and due to anxiety, I struggle to ask somebody to show me again despite needing it. This has gotten me in trouble with work related processes before from getting it wrong on more than one occasion. " Is this an appropriate answer for the question or do I need to add more info? I can't seem to further elaborate.

This is making me so anxious :/
Thank you in advance :)
