This is for my H. He has further evidence, where should it be sent? Not sure of the address if it’s DWP. Can I send it free post if so? Thanks 🙏

Thanks BIS.
Sorry I should’ve said that the assessment’s next week. The info dates back from November, but results of the test are only just in, & we’re still waiting for some which should be due any day now. Would it be OK to mention this during the assessment or just send off what we have & tell them there’s more evidence on the way?
Thanks 🙏

Hi Bud
I would mention it at the assessment. After you have been assessed contact DWP and request a copy of the assessors report called a PA4. You usually have to wait 48 hrs after your assessment or if you receive a text message informing you DWP has received a copy call them and ask for a copy.
The assessors report will give you the heads up if you have been successful or not, it will also give you time to prepare for a mandatory reconsideration (MR). When you get the report go through it with a highlighter marking any errors or inaccuracies and write down why they are wrong, the why part is the important part and then use it for your MR.
