Hi, I have recently migrated to UC ( still to receive first payment) but I received a notification today that I had a telephone interview booked regarding my commitment to New Style ESA. I have severe mental health difficulties, and my question is - is this a WCA or a similar in depth interview where it would be recommended that I have my support worker to support me on the call, or is this just a brief checking of details interview?
My friend told me that it was just a check of details and an agreement that if her conditions changed, she would report it. The interview took less than ten minutes, even though the message in the journal said it would be 45 minutes.
