I am my son's appointee. Do I completely make my son's Migratory UC claim for him, as if I am him?
I know it sounds simple, but do I put down my son's phone number or mine, my email or his? Plus is there anywhere on the form that asks if you are filling in the form for someone else?
The questions need to be answered with your son's information. At the end of the form, it says about whether you required support and I think that it actually gives a chance to say that someone else filled it in.
