Hello. Can anyone advise on entitlement to benefits on reaching state pension age please? Partner is currenly receiving Universal credit and carers allowance. She will not be entitled to the full state pension due to not paying enough NI contributions. I think she will be able to claim pension credit on reaching age 66 in October. Unsure of the term "Underlying entitelment to carers allowance" when claiming state pension and effect on pension credit. Thank you.
