Good Evening People,

A quick question. My PIP was disallowed following my review. I'm currently going through the process of MR and then no doubt Appeal/Tribunal.

My question is, should my payments continue during this process?

Hi Nex

Unfortunately, if your PIP has been cancelled, you will not receive any payments while you put in an MR or if you have to go on to an appeal. If you win, your award will be backdated.
