I reported a change in my circumstances, as my health has got worse since my last assessment.
I received a message from the health advisory service saying they are assessing my evidence and might contact me for an assessment.
Is this a standard reply? Do they usually ask you to go for another assessment?

It is a standard reply. It varies - sometimes they just do a paper-based assessment and sometimes a telephone assessment.
