PIP review. was created by AllenS
I returned my PIP review form by the allocated time 12/3/25 and received confirmation of receipt from PIP.
I am currently receiving the standard rate of daily living component & enhanced mobility. My situation being worse than my previous review but, my descriptors being the same I’d expect to remain on the same levels.

I have heard nothing back from PIP since a text on 9/6/25 stating they will be progressing my review as soon as they can & that I may still need an assessment. I only need contact them if my circumstances change.

It’s now the 16/7/25 & I’ve heard nothing. Do I chase this up?
I am asking as my Motability vehicle is up in October and I need to renew my railcard - for which I need an up to date award letter in the application. This review does seem to have taken a very long time.
Thank you.

Hi AllenS

I understand it seems a long time to you, but it's not that long in terms of the DWP. Many people wait four or five months (or even longer). There is nothing to stop you chasing it up to see what is happening and telling them about your Motability vehicle.
