Hi I'm about to start the UC claim form for myself in a few days time. I'm currently in ESA support group and have been for many years. I've had a read through the UC migration guide, particuarly about the UC health questions section, I'm wondering, if it's best to list my health conditions as they ask, with also putting next to that, that I'm migrating from ESA support group? It appears many of these questions are yes/no answers. I have no changes in my health conditions, but Is answering these health questions likely to trigger them wanting to re-assess me for my conditions?
