Miss UC deadline

This is a bit tricky to answer without knowing the dates involved to be honest.

If you have missed the deadline day but are still within the final deadline day, then claim asap to protect any right to transitional protection.

If you have missed your final deadline day, there are some options you could look into but I think you will need tailored advice to your situation:
1) Is there any basis to get your migration notice cancelled? If that could be achieved, you wouldn't have missed the deadline any more but your legacy benefits would still have stopped so it doesn't entirely fix the problem.
2) Did you miss your final deadline day due to discrimination or a failing by the DWP. There is information on page 10 of the ESA to UC managed migration guide regarding making a complaint about maladministration in this situation.

You cannot challenge the issuing of the migration notice, any refusal of an extension, refusal of a cancellation request or the date you were given as your deadline day (providing it was at least 3 months from the your migration notice) via an MR.

I would suggest you firstly get some urgent advice from one of the advice agencies listed within the managed migration guide.
