Hello

I have tried searching for this answer as I assume it's a common query, but am not having luck with my searches. I'm in the process of a managed migration from the irESA Support Group category to UC LCWRA group. I'm practising the form before I make an account, and am stuck on the 'children and other people who live with you' section. I live with my parents and sister, all of whom are adults and not on benefits. I do not pay rent. Do I have to list these as people who live with me, even though I live in their house rather than them living in mine and am making a single person claim?

Hi jessicadiamond

You have to say that you live with them, but you will be treated as a separate household. You can't claim the housing element of Universal Credit, but that isn't an issue as you don't pay your parents rent.
