Hi Sum

This is my best guess - Gary will correct me if I have any of it wrong.

'FO IR required.
I think this is - File Owner Initial Review required

IRIC Light review of Questionnaire only using SAT Tool Consent-Provided:
IRIC → Initial Review and Information Capture (an early stage screening of the case).
Light review of Questionnaire only → Only the PIP2 questionnaire (the “How your disability affects you” form) has been looked at, not medical evidence.
SAT Tool → Standard Assessment Tool, a software system the assessors use.
Consent-Provided → The claimant gave consent to request medical evidence if needed.

ASN- yes
Additional Support Needs – yes. This flags that the claimant may need extra support (e.g. with communication, vulnerability, mental health, or needing an appointee).

Decision Assist Notes ? none
The assessor checked if there were existing notes in the Decision Assist system (a DWP decision support tool) – but none were found.

O FE. TA advised '
O FE → Other Further Evidence. It means extra evidence might be needed beyond what was already submitted.
TA advised → Team Assessor advised - that further evidence may be needed.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
