Hi
I just submitted the PIP form online and under the guidance in the benefits and work documentation it says I should get a link at submission to download a copy of the form. Once I submitted it there was no link, and there were no links before that I could see either. I now don't have any copy of what I have written. How can I get this?

I can see when I log back in that I cannot access the form at all. I feel really upset that I have lost everything I wrote.
Thanks in advance

HI Minioha

When you submit the PIP form, a message comes up telling you that the form has been submitted and that you can download your form in a PDF format. Included in that message is a reminder to claimants that it is their only opportunity to download the information. If you're saying that the message did not appear, I'm afraid it is an issue that you will have to raise with the DWP and see if they send you a copy of your form.
