UC is different from ESA, there is no 16 hr rule with UC, depending on your circumstances UC has a work allowance and a Earnings Taper, we would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation:
advicelocal.uk. they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.
