Thanks David I see New Style ESA is going to merge with job seekers too and worried exactly what government will do with that group when they change things. So should I cancel the phone call in my UC Journal telling them I don't want to claim ESA any more

Hi teresasue

I did not know that so I cannot really give you informed advice.

Just thought I had better act quickly as the ESA said a payment is due on 15th September same day as phone call about ESA commitments.
So should I say in journal he doesn't want esa

Hi David sorry to annoy you again still trying to confirm if he can do all the claim on UC and not have NS ESA claim - but i tried speaking to someone in migrating to UC - its income related esa that is migrating to UC for the standard uc amount i think. But the Contribution esa is where the New style esa needs to have the new committment phone call which i know you will already know! BUT she said she thinks if i cancel having NS ESA he will lose his Transitional protection but she isn't sure? Tried to ask if he just does UC only will he be put in LCWRA but she said it may not be classed as migration so he may have to be reassed but she isnt sure HELP
