Hi, I just cannot get through to the CAB on the phone or via the chat service. Leaving the house to go to a drop-in is really difficult for me.
Looking at it all I can see that what has happened is due to an extra payment received after a tribunal win in aug 23, which relates to backdating my first ever payment, instead of creating that payment or saying in that payment that it relates to a Jan - feb 22 payment they have shifted everything back a month, making alot of things then appear incorrect (savings reported etc. and rate changes of rent etc.). They have removed the LCWRA element that they applied initially and had initially accepted from day 1 of the claim. In other words, instead of altering/recalculating that extra payment and referring to it as the Jan-feb 22 payment they have shifted 19 payments back a month. Because I had savings deductions it has affected all of them.
