Appeal ajourned was created by Mumcalledmarie
can any help me. with how to right a submission i have CFS/ME, Degenerative Arthritus,Asthma,IBS,Depression/Anxiety,Partial Rota Cuff injury,Food intolerance,Geographical Tongue ,insomnia

1. The appeal is adjourned for a telephone hearing. It will be re-scheduled on a
date to be fixed with a time estimate of 90 minutes.
2. The appeal was adjourned today because the Appellant has multiple health
problems and has submitted a considerable amount of evidence. The Tribunal was
of the view that it was very difficult to make a decision on the papers and that it
would be preferable to speak to the Appellant either by telephone or video to clarify
the relevant problems at the date of decision and the functional impact on the
appellant.
3. Members of this tribunal are excluded from future involvement in the appeal.
4. The next hearing will be arranged to be a telephone hearing. If the Appellant
prefers a video hearing she should contact the Tribunal as soon as possible. If the
Appellant decides that she cannot participate in an oral hearing and would still like
a paper hearing she should contact the Tribunal as soon as possible to inform it of
her wishes.
5. The Appellant is encouraged to seek advice from a legal or welfare rights
adviser, such as an adviser from a local citizen's advice bureau to consider her
claim with her within the context of the legal regulations and formulate a
submission.
The Tribunal is very experienced in formulating the necessary questions and
reassuring Appellants who have not had advice.. Reference to seeking advice only
a suggestion, to enable a shorter and more focussed appeal which the Appellant
may prefer, given the nature of her problems. If the Appellant does not wish to seek
advice then the Tribunal will proceed in the usual way and there will be no
disadvantage to the Appellant.

Hi mumcalledmarie

Unfortunately, we are not able to help you write your submission, and you need to see if there is available help from an organisation such as the Citizens' Advice Bureau. If you can't get any help to change what you have already subnitted the Panel will look at what you have submitted.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
