PIP online form about this condition or disability

Hi all,

I am making my first PIP application. I have downloaded all the guides and the PIP course, and I am reworking my way though it as I do the form. I am filling in the form online, and I am confused about one of the first questions.

It says:
About this condition or disability

Tell us about:

tablets or other medication you are taking or will be taking and the dosage
any treatments you have had, you are currently having or have planned for the future (include private as well as NHS funded treatments)
any side effects these have on you

Is this the equlvalent of Questions 1b and 1c? Do I write about how my condition affects me here, or do I put that information later?

Thanks for reading.

Hi The Gonk

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

Remember with PIP you have to have a condition for 3 months ongoing for 9 months +

I usually list disabilities in date order, starting with the oldest

I then list what medication you have, any side effects such as makes you drowsy, what medication you cannot take due to side effects, I try to always include a copy of any repeat prescription lists.
