ID verification for UC Migration claim done by appointee

As her appointee, I have to submit the ESA-UC migration claim for my daughter. Among other things I'm worrying about ID verification.

I've seen posts online from people who completed verification as an appointee for someone and it was their (the appointee's) ID that was needed, not the ID of the person they are making the claim for. The Google search AI seems to confirm this stating as follows:

When you act as an appointee and are migrating a claim to Universal Credit (UC), you must verify your own identity, not the claimant's, as you are the one making the claim on their behalf.

But I've seen other posts about DWP expecting to see the person the claim is being made for to verify their ID.

So
(1) for online verification, which ID Is needed, my ID or my daughter's? Is there any clear information about this?
(2) same question if verification is needed by phone or at jobcentre

My daughter doesn't really have anything in the way of ID, not even bank statements (she has them, but they still go to her home address - my address - not her current address).

If it might help, I'm wondering about applying for a passport and provisional driving license for her. On the DWP website at www.gov.uk/guidance/how-to-verify-your-i...for-universal-credit, driving license is not listed - is that no longer acceptable for online verification?
