Hi

I have tried for days to get through to PIP, using option 5 and I have had to give up after an hour hanging on the phone each time.

How are you supposed to talk to someone?

Any ideas?

I'm afraid you just have to keep trying. Try when the lines first open. It is common for it to take 60 to 90 mins to get through.
