Hello everyone I've reduced my medication to 25 mg twice a day instead of the 50mg twice a day will I need to notify dwp about this thank you

No, you don't have to tell them. The DWP are only interested if you have had a marked improvement in your health that would possibly change your award. There are lots of different reasons why a dosage of medication can be changed.
