Problem review and other things was created by Kurt
Good afternoon, due to family issues, I have returned to my country and, based on bilateral agreements between the UK and European countries, I have taken action with the team for DWP PIP exportability and PIP benefits. I am only being paid the daily living component. the mobility component is excluded outside the UK. About a month ago, I received a text message from the DWP telling me to prepare myself because my review had begun and I would soon receive a questionnaire form to fill out. My problem is that more than a month has now passed and, although I provided a new foreign address where I received letters from the DWP months ago, I have not received anything. I wrote again to the Exportability Team about my problem and they replied that they had extended the deadline for returning it. When I try to call the telephone number Pip +44 800 121 4433, the automated voice always stops when it asks for my date of birth. I am deeply distressed. I have tried calling the Pip number from three British numbers I have, but nothing changes. What's more, having a review is depressing in itself after going to court with a charity that supported me when I was in the UK. Not only was the review brought forward by four months from the natural course of events, but the DWP replied that they are bringing it forward due to the high volume of requests they have and told me not to worry, etc., etc., but you know all the absurdities you have to deal wiith the DWP. My question to you is: can you provide me with the review questionnaire? Do you know if, in recent months, when you call the DWP, the call is put on hold and then the automated voice starts again, asking for your date of birth, and the call is always interrupted, even though I try at all hours? Any help is welcome. Thank you all very much for your valuable advice.

Hi Kurt
I'm sorry that you are having such a difficult time. You can see a copy of the form - but you can't use it. You can only ever fill in one of the forms sent you - because it will have your details and a reference number on it. However, this will tell you about it. I would also advise you to look at the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews. Look from page 128 on how to complete the form.
