Yes, @Gary, I've always kept my copies of previous claims
I've more medical evidence, too.
Thank you.

They said it's purely for ID only. Apparently a change of system has meant this has started happening.
What was odd though when they asked my first pets name and I answered it they then asked what kind of dog it was.
Then asked me how long I'd been on these benefits. I said I couldn't remember exactly but over 10 years.
Then asked previous addresses.
I'm not sure if these were questions to get round the new system to avoid me having to go to the jobcentre.
I've been told I'll be in and out and only need to take my bank card and an official letter to my address.
All seems strange as they have my bank details and obviously all letters about UC have come to this address plus they have my national insurance number.
Why could they possibly need to see my bank card and a bill with my address on?

Hi The Dog Mother
It's good that you keep a copy of your previous claims form as that gives you a starting point, as for medical evidence, always use your most recent support document from your consultant/doctor, appointment letters are not that useful as they do not state the outcome.
