Hello ever.i am confused about .me and my husband as we are a mixed couple my husband is 8 years younger than me .do we have to migrate to universel credit. anyhelp would be appreciated thank you

If you don't receive any means tested Benefits and have not had a Migration letter yet then you won't be invited to claim UC.
