Won higher rate today for PIP but not fully backdated.

Thanks for your reply, sorry for late response been bed bound past few weeks.

I put in a change of circumstances as my conditions were getting worse and also having a new problem with an Acoustic Neuroma.

It’s not been easy getting the award so don’t want to drain my life away having to re appeal to a higher level, especially if I need to start again, as find that the whole system seems to be a lottery and certainly is not there to help honest people with their health issues.

The Tribunal Judge wanted to hear how my conditions effected me at the time that I had my telephone PIP assessment, but it seems that while I have been successful in winning my award, it’s not for the full amount.

Thanks all for your help and support, I have gone from scoring zero on everything for my first claim, to now 4 years later getting something that I didn’t even know existed when I’ve been suffering since 2017.
