Q. If a client want to cancel a Motability car you can pay £200 to break the contract. Would you need to inform the DLA and would this course a review? Currant claimant has a lifetime award for both care and mobility at the higher rate?
I would assume that the Motability scheme would contact DWP to let them know, it would be advisable to contact PIP to let them know what is happening. It would not cause a review of their PIP award.
