Hi David/everyone,

Can you advise how I start the above UC claim? When I look at the B &W guides it talks about how to do the capability for work assessment but I've done this already via ESA

Can you point me in the direction of which guide to use to start my son's UC claim now he is in the LCWRA group for Credits only ESA?

Sorry if I'm being a bit dim but I'm not sure how to proceed.

You can use the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. It is not just for Managed Migration new claims.

You can contact an adviser through our free Help to Claim phone service. Advisers are available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday:
