Enhanced Disability Premiums

I am an appointee for my client for 15 years. She is in the support group and claimed PIP advanced for both components.

She has been on long term sickness since 2010.

I have been trying to get her back dated claim for EDP. For 8 months. I wrote to the MP thos week

Today the DWP have sent an ESA 3 form and want me to complete this has it was 2010 some 15 years later. My thought is to return the form blank with a covering letter.

15 years later do they think I have a crystal ball 53 page booklet to fill in.

Please can some one help.
