Just to let you know I had my call, it lasted 12 mins, it would have been less time, but the lady had to repeat herself due to my hearing issues.
I was asked NI No DOB & address & agree to all the claimmant commitments she read out & report any changes.
I dont know if I was lucky, but she was a very nice lady who seemed to know how anxious I was.
Not sure whether my experience can be used for anyone else who are due to have one of these calls.
Has I was terrified & got myself into a panic, when it was a very straight forward call.
