For myself its the Shared Ownership one I have been fighting for them to accept that the bedroom tax should not be applied in a shared ownership property so here's the proof:
'...This reduction does not apply if the claimant is:
• a joint tenant (unless the other tenant is part of that claimant’s benefit unit)
• a homeowner or in a shared ownership property where rental costs are due
• living in a property adapted under a Sanctuary Scheme (see Sanctuary
Scheme for full details)...'

This is great timing for me, with this info for bedroom tax on shared ownership bought property with HA, but the link didn't work for me. I'd very much appreciate the link again, and many thanks in advance

Hi Tired
Shared Owner property is not affected by the under occupancy charge (bedroom tax).
Disability Rights handbook states; Such a deduction is not made if you have a shared ownership tenancy or your home has been adapted under a sanctuary scheme.
