migration from ESA

with help of CAB we made a telephone application on 17th September
after receiving my claim I thought I would get roughly the same amount as I got before migration
But alas no after taking everything I'm getting £171.30 less and then had call from UC manager telling me that the transitional protection of £116.94 would only only be there for a short time and I would lose this amount from my benefits I asked when will this happen she told me that she could not be able to tell me as the UC claims are done on a monthly status and this payment could be lost at anytime Also due to my health problems that sometimes I have a carer stay for various amount of days.
So they told me that as the carer does not stay 24/7 a bedroom tax is applied of £75
so basically I will lose total of £246.30
£54.36 off benefit
£116.94 transitional protection
£75.00 bedroom tax
plus other outlays for me with rent and council tax to which I'm still waiting to come through my door
this migration from ESA income support to UC has not gone well and only added more pressure on my health.
After the UC manager finished the call i had to go to and use GTN spray

Yes the UC manager said this about carer being here 24/7
And the transitional will be lost after a period due to UC accounts are calculated on a monthly basis and nothing about marriage/partner or reducing paid earnings

What’s a journal ?
I made application on telephone and no one from CAB or UC said anything about a journal
