Hi this is my 1st post (might be 3rd, just done some but can't view them anywhere, can anyone tell me if I am doing something wrong please.
I Advised DWP 6 weeks ago of change of my mobile number, still waiting for confirmation phone call, I have no access to my online account for 6 weeks and is disgusting.
When they want something we are given a deadline to answer, why can't I give them a deadline for my requests??
