Contributory ESA confused what happens with legacy ESA was created by Jamine19
Hi I’m on legacy contributory ESA I have a partner working and can’t claim UC
I read rights net post about CB ESA going over to NS ESA
For those of us on legacy ESA CB can the moderators explain if possible what will happen to us and what we should expect

Hi Jamine19

Only claimants who have been issued with a Managed Migration notice are obliged to move from old Conts based ESA to New Style ESA.
I would not worry about changes to the name of your Benefits and would make sure you are prepared for any medicals in the future you may have to attend as a negative WCA is the most common way to lose Benefits.
