Morning I was hoping for some advice please? I have just lost my SSP and applied for ESA. I had a Job Centre Plus phone call, then a WCA form in the post a couple of days later. I received a payment from DWP today. My question is:- does anyone know what happens if I manage to return to work before the WCA/ESA50 is processed etc? Many thanks
Universal Credit staff guidance states that your UC claim should not be closed until you have had the result of your WCA regardless of going back to work and the subsequent increase in your income.
