Representation at court tribunal was created by glitterslug
Hiya, I have observed that my exact issue has been resolved in another post, but because I do not live within the region of that individual, I will ask again.
I want to know about both the likelihood of no cost tribunal representation being available to me and advice of how to source it.
I have requested help with my *general* PIP/ESA claim from both a local university law student team (very capable and compassionate people from previous experience) and from Central England Law Centre who I am awaiting replies from.
I hope that my claim will not reach tribunal level and I need some direction and advice, but I have been told that no cost representation at that level is hard to obtain (says a benefits expert).
I live in Birmingham and I would like some input, thank you very much.
