Hi, looking for advice please. Migrated from ESA in support group to universal credit. Had a change in circumstances in living arrangements, so cancelled my universal credit claim. Now reclaiming universal credit again with the esa support group element again . My Fit note until end of February 2026 has been accepted on my journal. Attended first commitment by video today and told I have to have monthly videos simply as a catch up, next one in December. No mention of looking for work. Now seen in my journal my December video appointment is this:

I havent been able to work for the last 13 years due to health. Already receiving PiP at the highest rates. Any advice welcome. Tia
When you cancelled your UC claim you lost your Support/LCWRA group status. So you have to participate in what the DWP call the Health Journey again until you have had a WCA medical. With UC there aren't the linking rules you get with ESA.
