Hi I started my online managed migration UC claim on the 7th November after receiving my letter telling me to move to UC. I managed to proved my identity online and except my commitments, but i received a text message from the DWP this morning, saying they will ring me to help make a claim for UC. I don't answer my phone due to phone anxiety and need my daughter with me. I have told them this on my journal and there is nothing to do in my to-do list, so do i need to take this call?
Instead of taking the call you could leave a UC Journal message to the effect that your health condition prevented you from answering the call. You are already monitoring the To Do's in your UC account.
